Our Realiti suite is an award-winning, cloud-enabled platform that delivers real-time, enterprise-wide 360° visibility of a firm's liquidity landscape, transforming the way financial institutions manage their liquidity.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the successful implementation of our software solutions, ensuring both customer satisfaction and optimal software performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and software delivery, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Skills and experience in project management and software delivery methods (such as waterfall or agile/scrum) are essential. You will have a track record in one or more of business analysis, software design, software development and software testing.
Experience in Banking and in particular Treasury Operations would be advantageous, but not essential.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for working and liaising with clients and our application developers, from the requirements gathering and design stages through to test and deployment. You will ensure the functionality being delivered meets the customer’s needs and requirements, and you could also be involved in other client related activities such as helping the client deliver related business change.
Other responsibilities include:
* Becoming fluent in the Planixs suite of applications
* Running client workshops to gather views and feedback on design concepts and functional designs
* Supporting clients through their acceptance testing of Realiti
* Taking complete ownership of your own portfolio of projects whilst supporting Implementation leads across several complex projects
* Producing status reports and other outputs for clients, and if required attending executive management meetings
* Influence the product roadmap from your client interactions and discussions
* Project management and tracking overall progress – time, budget, scope, deliverables etc.
You will have interactions with customers, business analysts, project management and Planixs senior management. So your abilities to motivate colleagues, display credibility and instil confidence will be vital to your success.
