What You’ll Bring To The Table
* Conduct comprehensive residential property valuations in accordance with RICS standards.
* Prepare detailed reports for clients, including mortgage lenders, investors, and developers.
* Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on property values and market trends.
* Stay up to date with changes in legislation, market conditions, and valuation techniques.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
* MRICS or FRICS with 5 years PQE.
* Proven experience in residential and commercial valuations.
* Excellent report writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel for site inspections when required.
* Proficient in using valuation software and technology.
