Whitstable, Kent (Commutable from Canterbury, Herne Bay, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Margate)
Are you an engineer who enjoys improving how things are made and taking products from development into production? This is a hands-on Process Development role for an engineering-led manufacturer, offering real ownership across manufacturing improvement, NPI and project delivery.
You'll be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are robust, efficient and scalable, while supporting new products as they transition into series production. This role offers variety, visibility on the shop floor, and the chance to make tangible improvements to delivery, cost and quality.
You'll join a technically focused manufacturing environment where engineers are trusted to own problems and deliver solutions. The business values practical engineering over red tape, giving you the autonomy to manage projects, implement improvements and work directly with internal teams and customers.
Whether you're looking to broaden your exposure across process, manufacturing and NPI, or take on more responsibility within an engineering function, this role provides a strong platform to grow.
