*Pay:* £12.75 to £14.00 per hour depending on experience. Averaging 40-50 hours per week.

*About the Role*
This is a job for someone who likes staying busy, enjoys working independently, and gets satisfaction from a day spent solving practical problems.
Dash Express is part of the UPS delivery network and handles parcel collections and deliveries across the South‑West. As a Multi‑drop Delivery Driver, you’ll be trusted to deliver parcels safely, accurately, and with a level of customer service that helps us stand out in a crowded market. We provide you with the tools you need to do the job: a modern fleet, fuel, uniform, and full operational support.
If you prefer a role where time passes quickly, you like being out on the road, and you enjoy knowing exactly what you’ve achieved at the end of the day, this is likely to suit you.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
This role is more than just driving from A to B. Here’s what it actually involves day‑to‑day:
* Loading, securing and unloading parcel consignments using safe manual‑handling techniques.
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects quickly.
* Using a Handheld Terminal (HHT) to scan, reconcile and record deliveries, non‑deliveries and discrepancies.
* Completing multi‑drop deliveries and collections on schedule while following Dash Express and UPS standards.
* Communicating professionally with customers and protecting their property and privacy.
* Feeding back any delays, issues or route changes to the operations team.
* Returning to the depot to unload, label non‑deliveries and ensure all palletised items are accounted for.
* Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and fuelled for the next shift.
* Following company policies on safe driving, roadworthiness and Working Time rules.
If you’ve worked in courier, multi‑drop, warehouse or any other fast‑paced delivery role, the rhythm of the job will feel familiar.
*Who This Job Is Right For*
We’re looking for people who bring reliability, common sense, and pride in their work.
You’ll need:
* A full UK driving licence (Category B).
* The physical ability to handle parcels and lift regularly throughout the day.
* Experience in multi‑drop, parcel courier or pallet delivery work (helpful, not essential).
* Confidence using scanning devices and digital workflows.
* Strong timekeeping and attention to detail.
* Clear, professional communication in person and over the phone.
* The ability to work independently but also support the wider team.
* To pass a basic DBS check.
If you like jobs where you’re trusted to get on with it and keep things moving, you’ll probably enjoy this role.
*What You’ll Get from Us*
* 5.6 weeks’ paid holiday (including bank holidays), increasing by 1 day per year for your first 5 years.
* Training and development to help you improve and progress.
* Employee discounts on vehicle rental, hampers and more.
* A supportive team who want you to succeed.
We don’t expect perfection—just people who care about doing a good job and representing the business well.
