ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work in an SEN School in Wolverhampton on a full-time basis.
About the role
* Work alongside the class teacher and support staff to deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group learning.
* Adapt activities and resources to suit different learning styles and sensory needs.
* Support students in developing independence, communication, and life skills.
* Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
* Assist with personal care, mobility support, and use of specialist equipment where required.

* Welcoming SEN school catering to students aged 4–19 with Autism, ADHD, physical impairments, and sensory processing difficulties.
* Strong family-focused ethos, working closely with parents, carers, and external professionals.
* Looking for an LSA who is patient, empathetic, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
* Willingness to support personal care and mobility needs.
* Commitment to learning and using specialist strategies to meet diverse needs.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
* Have a suitable qualification for working with children and young people such as Health and Social Care, Children and Young People's Workforce.
* Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
* Have experience of working with children with special education needs and disabilities.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* two years experience supporting students with Special Educational needs
