Ready to take charge and make an impact in the largest Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom in Cambridge? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join us at Huws Gray (Cambridge Norman Way). As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team of 12, drive business growth, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Driving business growth through strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Overseeing showroom design and product displays, or managing branch performance and profitability
* Supporting and mentoring your team through training, one‑to‑ones, and reviews
* Ensuring resources – from stock to transport – are used to their full potential
* Championing safety, service, and creativity every day
What You’ll Bring
* A passion for leadership, design, and customer service
* Confidence in guiding a team and bringing customer ideas to life
* Previous management experience (branch or showroom) is ideal, but we’ll support you with training and development
* A customer-first mindset and the ability to inspire those around you
