Your Role
Reporting to the Line Station Manager, the Technical Services Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating maintenance documentation, work packages, and customer communication for aircraft under DABS care. You ensure accurate, timely, and professional coordination from maintenance input to aircraft release.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and prepare aircraft maintenance work packages and related documentation.
* Act as the main point of contact for customer maintenance requests and operational updates.
* Ensure compliance with CAMO and EASA Part 145 standards.
* Manage daily operational reports and shift handovers.
* Coordinate APO processes, approvals, and customer payments prior to aircraft release.
* Use Quantum to open, manage, and close work packages, parts orders, and subcontracted services.
* Coordinate logistics activities, including parts, tooling, and documentation flows with Lisbon teams.
Your Profile
* Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.
* Strong organisational, communication, and customer‑facing skills.
* Technically minded, autonomous, and able to work under pressure.
* Fluent English required; additional languages are an asset.
