THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Own CRM and retention across the customer lifecycle
* Build and optimise segmented campaigns, flows, and logicin Klaviyo
* Work closely with creative, product, and data team, you’ll be the glue that connects it all
* Help shape how this brand speaks to its customers and retains them long term
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Prior experience in CRM and Retention marketing
* Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar)
* Someone who's curious, proactive, and sharp will excel in this role
* A/B testing, segmentation, and automation experience preferred
* Bonus: some Canva or Figma experience to finesse campaign designs
