Job Description Senior Lettings Negotiator Overview Are you a Senior Lettings Negotiator with a passion for property and a proven track record in the industry? Benefits Competitive salary circa £35,000 (dependent on experience). Full-time, Permanent Hours 8.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday alternative Saturday 9am-1pm. Holidays 22 days per annum Responsibilities Conduct rental valuations and provide expert advice to landlords. Organize and lead property viewings, showcasing properties to potential tenants. Manage tenancy applications, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved. Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office. Lead morning meetings to align the team and set daily objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, acting as their trusted advisor. Handle the receipting and processing of rents, ensuring timely payments to landlords and contractors. Qualifications Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator – this is essential. A full, valid driving license – driving is a key requirement for this role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
