Technology Technician Required : Liverpool (Post:Christmas Start)

You will provide essential technical support across Design Technology, Food Technology, Textiles, and Art, ensuring a safe, organised, and effective learning environment for our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and Logistics: Prepare and clear away materials, tools, ingredients, and equipment for lessons.
* In:Class Support: Provide in:class technical advice and ensure the safe and correct use of all machinery and equipment by students and staff.
* Maintenance and Safety: Conduct routine safety checks and perform basic maintenance on equipment, including ovens, workshop tools, and sewing machines.
* Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory of materials and supplies, assisting with ordering where necessary.
* Environment: Maintain a safe, organised, and engaging learning environment across all practical areas.

* Essential Experience: Proven experience in using workshop tools and machinery.
* Knowledge: A solid understanding of food hygiene and current Health and Safety regulations in a practical setting.
* Skills: Organised, proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable supporting multiple subject areas.
