Interim HR Consultant - Redundancies (UK & International)
3-6 months | Day rate contract or FTC | Immediate start
Location: Remote, with occasional travel if required)
We're looking for an experienced Interim HR Consultant to support a complex redundancy programme across both the UK and international markets.
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with line managers and local legal teams to guide and execute restructuring processes with professionalism, clarity, and care.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and support redundancy consultations across multiple countries
* Advise and coach line managers on process, risk, and communication
* Liaise with local employment lawyers to ensure compliance in each jurisdiction
* Support the implementation of redundancy plans, including documentation and timelines
* Provide insight and calm guidance through sensitive change
What we're looking for:
* Proven track record managing UK and international redundancies
* Strong working knowledge of employment law and restructuring best practice
* Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders quickly
* Calm under pressure, with excellent judgement and discretion
* Comfortable with ambiguity and able to hit the ground running
