About the role:
We are hiring an experienced Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to handle outbound calls to warm leads generated from our paid online ads, and our direct mail campaigns.
This is not an entry-level role. This position is for someone who is confident running high-quality, consultative conversations with directors, founders, and senior business owners, often earning millions. You may be required to get on a zoom call with these individuals for a 2nd touchpoint following the phone call. You need to be confident about this.
You will be expected to work independently, manage your own dialling discipline, and consistently deliver results without being micromanaged.
Key responsibilities:
* Make at least 100 outbound calls a day, to leads generated via direct mail campaigns
* Speak confidently with business owners
* Run professional, consultative conversations (not robotic scripts)
* Qualify prospects and book high-quality appointments
* Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and CRM updates
* Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and authority
KPIs and performance expectations:
This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations:
* Minimum requirement: 100 outbound dials per day
* Focus on quality conversations, not rushed or spammy calling
* Strong qualification and appointment quality are essential
* Consistency, reliability, and professionalism are non-negotiable
If you have genuine outbound experience, these expectations should be very achievable.
Who this role is for:
* You have at least 5 years experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or consultative sales
* You are completely comfortable speaking with directors, founders, and decision-makers
* You are self-led, disciplined, and results-focused
* You can control a conversation without being aggressive or scripted
* You have a strong phone presence and clear communication skills
* You take ownership of your numbers and performance
Who this role is NOT for:
* Entry-level callers
* Script-readers who can’t adapt
* Anyone uncomfortable with KPIs or outbound activity targets
* Anyone who needs constant supervision or motivation
