Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional spa treatments to clients while mentoring students in a real‑world spa environment.
* Manage client appointments, support departmental promotions and stay updated on the latest spa products and treatments.
* Collaborate with curriculum educators and spa staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
* Work with community groups to develop workshops and networking sessions.
* Assist in maintaining spa supplies, maximise bookings and achieve retail and rebooking targets set by the Commercial Hair & Beauty Manager.
Essential Requirements
* Level 4 Diploma or equivalent in Spa Therapy (or Level 3 working towards Level 4).
* Previous experience of facilitation or mentoring within a spa or wellness context.
* Extensive experience of working in the hair and beauty industry.
* An understanding of the equity and inclusivity challenges faced in the Hair & Beauty industry.
Welsh Language
