Pure is supporting a local business with the recruitment of a Finance & Administration Manager, based in North Cambridge. This organisation is a small team but has a great local presence. The position can be 30 hours or full time, ideally across 5 days with flexibility offered on start and finish times.
Responsibilities
* Bookkeeping activities using Xero
* Prepare monthly management accounts for director review
* Cashflow monitoring
* Responsible for payroll and pensions
* Create and maintain budgets
* Manage HR & H&S functions
* Manage internal email inboxes
* Maintain and update records, databases and filing systems
Qualifications
You must be self‑motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills, you must have strong attention to detail and accuracy and proven experience in the above mentioned duties.
