Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm based in Tonbridge, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy team. Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting, preparing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
* Managing case files, diaries, and deadlines to ensure smooth and timely completions.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties.
* Opening new cases and maintaining accurate records in the firm's case management system.
* Supporting the conveyancing team with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
* Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach.
