How You’ll Make a Difference as a Quality Lead
* Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
* Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development
* Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported
What a Quality Lead Needs
* Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
* Excellent understanding of EYFS
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
* Leadership experience desirable
