As a growth marketer you’ll join a startup at a critical stage, working directly with founders or early growth leaders to shape how acquisition and retention gets done. You’ll get real ownership from day one, run experiments across channels, and accelerate your marketing career.
How does Jumpstart work?

On average, it takes ~4-6 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work.
Starting salaries range from £35-60K + equity (DOE).
What is a growth marketer?
As a growth marketer, you’ll drive user and revenue growth through data, experimentation, and full-funnel thinking. This means:
* Running acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, referral, partners
* hips etc)Improving onboarding flows to reduce
* drop-offDesigning and executing lifecycle/email
* campaignsBuilding landing pages and
* CRO testsMeasuring impact and doubling down on what works
You’ll work closely with founders and product teams to prioritise the highest‑leverage opportunities and move fast to test, learn, and scale.
These are high‑ownership roles. You’ll have the freedom to try things, fail fast, and grow fast.

* Recent grads with a strong side hustle or internship experience - maybe you grew a community, ran performance campaigns, or built something yourself.
* Corporate marketers (~1–4 years) who want more ownership and impact than a big company can offer.
* Startup/scale‑up marketers (~1–4 years) ready for the next move, with hands‑on experience and a desire to own strategy.
We care less about exact job titles and more about what you’ve done. Built something? Failed at something? Grown something from scratch? We want to hear about it.
