As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:
1. Leading several high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
2. Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5mil+
3. Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
4. Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standard
Passive Fire Contracts Manager experience needed:
5. Experience managing multiple contracts
6. Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
7. Delivering budgets of minimum £400k a month
8. Experience leading a team
