Working on behalf of a range of clients, including property companies (Prop Co's) and funds, the role entails taking full ownership of trophy assets across a diverse commercial portfolio, involving a variety of property and asset management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Identify and implement value-add initiatives
* Service charge forecasting and management
* Lease events & Arrears Recovery
* Property inspections
* Provide clients with investment advice
* Instruct and oversee other departments & 3rd party advisors.
