Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment Analise and explore data from various CRM systems to understand the drivers behind customer account closures Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns Recognize and capitalize on upsell opportunities when applicable Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently What do we expect of you?
