Lightning Protection Installations in Nottingham is looking for ambitious emerging talent to become our next Apprentice Lightning Protection Fitter!
What You'll Be Doing:
This isn't your average 9-5 desk job. You'll be working at heights, outdoors and often in all weather conditions, helping to install and maintain crucial lightning protection systems across the Midlands and East Anglia. This is a hands-on role where you'll be paired with experienced fitters who will be your mentors, teaching you invaluable skills every day.
For essential qualifications, over the first 2 years you'll also spend about 20% of your time at the National Construction College – this means three times a year, you'll spend 3 weeks away learning with peers from around the UK, with all accommodation provided! You'll also typically spend short periods staying away, with accommodation and food sorted. Your work will be diverse, challenging, and incredibly rewarding.

Earn a starting salary between £24,700.00 - 30,158.70, with structured pay increases as you learn and gain qualifications. We provide a company car or a car allowance. You must be able to drive and be age 18 or above for this role.
