Responsibilities
* Leading and mentoring our fantastic care staff.
* Allocating daily tasks within the care team.
* Administering medication with precision.
* Creating personalised service plans with a focus on person-centred care.
* Promoting best practices.
* Delivering high-quality care and support to residents with diverse needs.
