About the Opportunity
The London business now needs to hire a commercial lawyer. The role will encompass a range of general commercial work and marketing, as well as advising on UK company law matters and managing regulatory issues (modern slavery, etc.) This is an excellent opportunity to work with a globally recognised retail brand in a broad in-house role. You will have exposure to high quality and varied commercial work, as well as the opportunity to work directly with the global business.
About You
A strong general commercial contracts background is key, as is experience with a retail or consumer business or with retail and consumer clients. The role and the company will suit an individual who enjoys a varied role, who has a strong connection to customer experience and also to whom values are important. A demonstrated commitment to high working standards and an ability to build relationships across a global business are also key.
