About the role
As the Tax & Finance Analyst, you will be required to assist the Tax Manager and Senior Tax Analyst in the management, preparation of tax returns and tax compliance.
This is a 2 year fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist Tax Manager/Senior Tax Analyst in managing and meeting all filing deadlines of the group and payments of taxes
Preparation of monthly information for VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, Intrastat returns
Review the above prepared by external advisors, ready for Tax Manager sign off
Preparation of all other tax returns required
Assist with preparation of information for transfer pricing analysis and documentation for the intercompany transactions
Preparation of monthly reconciliations of tax positions
Monitor transactions and resolve issues arising from manual and system errors, as appropriate
Working with other teams to manage zero rating of export and intracommunity movements
Assist in statutory and tax reporting and audit
Assist with tax compliance
Assisting with any ad hoc queries, analyses and projects as required
Continuously improve and document procedures and controls for all aspects of the role
