Mencap is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our incredible team in Skegness, Lincolnshire.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
Shifts will include weekdays, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays.
For sleep-ins you will receive a flat rate payment of £63.70*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
