We are inviting applications for the role of Advisory Partner, Consumer Packaged Goods - Vice President - English.
Your responsibilities will include engaging and developing senior advisor relationships with key clients in the consumer goods sector in Europe. You will act as a strategic partner, identifying consulting and transformation opportunities that leverage Genpact’s capabilities in technology, digital, analytics, and AI.
Responsibilities:
1. Establish strong, lasting relationships with key and prospective CPG clients to understand their priorities and current business state, providing strategic recommendations.
2. Bring advisory expertise to enhance client point of views, offerings, and outcomes.
3. Manage relationships at the CXO level across buying centers.
4. Drive growth within a portfolio of $10 - $35M by partnering with enterprise sales, identifying, closing, and delivering consulting and transformation opportunities.
5. Create strategic roadmaps and growth plans for key accounts.
6. Stay informed of industry trends and identify opportunities to add value and accelerate growth.
7. Build and maintain subject matter expertise, and develop industry-relevant digital offerings.
8. Develop and publish white papers to enhance the Genpact brand.
9. Provide advisory for CPG clients, outlining transformation roadmaps integrating process, data, technology, and AI.
10. Translate vision into requirements and execution plans.
11. Lead the full lifecycle of team management, including hiring, onboarding, performance assessment, and development.
12. Coach and mentor team members, and handle sensitive employee situations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree/MBA in STEM, supply chain, accounting, analytics, GenAI, or data management.
* Relevant leadership experience in consulting, with expertise in the consumer goods sector, preferably in Europe.
* Strong understanding of technology, digital, and analytics trends.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity, and to quickly learn new domains.
* Experience in building relationships, influencing stakeholders at the C-level, and leading cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Masters/MBA in business-related disciplines.
* Project management experience, Agile/Scrum exposure.
* Market connections for lead generation.
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black belt).
