We're looking for a Recoveries Assistant to join our Travel Financial Accounting team. The role will be based at our Head Office in Swindon and we are looking for a talented, dynamic individual to join us.
What you will be doing:
* Accurately and timely raising of invoices to our customers including franchise partners
* Management of payments from our franchise partners
* Recovery of monies from airlines for refreshment vouchers
* Credit control of airline accounts and some franchise partners
* Setting up of new suppliers within WHS systems
* Processing of invoices directly into the ledger system
* Dealing with supplier queries and statement reconciliations
* Assist other members of the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* High attention to detail
* Strong organising and prioritising skills
* Numerate and analytical
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Quick learner
* High desire to succeed and take pride in own work
* Unafraid to seek the right person and ask for help
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in the use of Excel (ability to perform Vlookups highly beneficial)
