Role Description

🌟 Activities & Resource Co-ordinator – Make Every Day Matter! 🌟

Location:Tadley, Hampshire

Salary: £14.10 per hour (£27,495 per annum) plus benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence essential

🧠 What You’ll Need

5. 💬 Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
6. 🧑‍Previous experience running a day centre for adults with complex needs and disabilities
7. 🧑‍Previous experience managing a team
8. 🚗 A valid manual UK driving licence
9. 🏡 The legal right to live and work in the UK

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

10. 🌅 Supporting daily routines – from morning support to bedtime
11. 🎨 Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
12. 📝 Contributing to tailored support plans
13. 💬 Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
14. 📋 Managing a team, writing reports and managing staff reviews and 1-1 meetings.
