We Staff Education are recruiting on behalf of a school in Collier Row, Romford, who are looking for a dedicated Supply Learning Support Assistant to work full-time supporting pupils with learning diffucties and austim.
The school is seeking someone who can provide stability, encouragement, and positive support to pupils who need it most. This is a long-term opportunity where you can build relationships, gain valuable SEN experience, and be part of a supportive school community.

Key responsibilities:
• Supporting pupils with SEN needs throughout the school day
• Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support
• Working closely with teachers and support staff
• Helping pupils stay engaged, motivated, and supported
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Calm, patient, and resilient
• Passionate about supporting children
• Open to learning and developing SEN skills
• Experienced in SEN (beneficial, not essential)
You’ll need:
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Full-time availability
• A positive, hands-on approach
