What you’ll be doing
* Turning briefs into brilliant creative - whether that’s a new employer brand, an out-of home campaign or a social series
* Taking the lead on day-to-day design work, with a balance of conceptual thinking and sharp execution
* Collaborating with writers, strategists, motion designers and developers to bring big ideas to life
* Presenting your work with confidence - both internally and in client meetings
* Championing creativity in the studio, pushing for better thinking and stronger visual outcomes
* Using (and playing with) AI tools to explore new directions, build faster and spark unexpected ideas
What we’re looking for
* 2-4 years of design experience in a creative agency
* A strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, great storytelling, and visual craft
* Experience building and flexing brand identities, ideally employer brands or brand systems with lots of moving parts
* A sharp eye for layout, typography and visual consistency
* Confidence in explaining your work and selling your ideas, both internally and to clients
* Curiosity around AI and how it can help unlock more creative time and elevate our creative offering
* A collaborative mindset and an openness to feedback and new ways of working
* Experience with designing for print and in-depth knowledge of the printing process
Bonus points if you…
* Have worked on employer branding or internal comms before (but not a dealbreaker)
* Can flex across motion, 3D, Figma or prototyping tools
* Are chronically online (in a good way) – always on top of trends, with a sharp eye for how brands can actually show up on social media and make it land
* Have proven experience delivering measurable results with your creative
