About the role As a Team Leader, you will supervise and deploy staff within your allocated team, ensuring customers receive high-quality care, personal support, and assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
You will support the Service Manager, Operations Manager, and colleagues to help customers reach their full potential, encouraging choice, participation, and motivation.
