Location: Kraft-Heinz Worcester
Pay: £20.44 per hour, plus shift rotation premium paid at 1.5x basic hourly rate once signed off to lone work
Working hours: 40hours per week, Monday - Friday, rotating between 3 shift patterns

Role
As part of the Site Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for delivering asset availability and reliability in order tomaintain safety, quality and production across the Worcester Site, through reactive, preventative and corrective maintenance.

Key Components of the role
 10. Work on a rotating shift pattern to provide engineering breakdown support for the Site, execute changeovers and continuous improvement activities. 
 11. Diagnose and overcome operational problems, working with the production team to identify root cause of problems and then suggest and implement improvements to address reliability.
 12. Execute PPM tasks and effectively react to unscheduled maintenance requirements with appropriate corrective action.
 13. Plan, schedule and agree daily and weekly workload with the Maintenance Manager and Engineering Team Leader.
 14. Update the Engineering Team Leader to reorder spare parts used to ensure stick levels are maintenance and to control spares in an efficient manner.
 15. Actively look for areas of improvement and put forward ideas to improve PPM’s, Store Management, Maintenance Day activities and alternative efficient equipment / processes.
 16. Takes pride in maintaining the standards in and around own working area and any areas of allocated ownership.
 17. Ensures company policies and procedures are always adhered to, and quality, safety, performance, and attendance standards are maintained.
 18. Support the technical upskilling programme of the Production Operators (changeovers, shut down and CIP procedures.) 
 19. Understand and operate production equipment and CIP procedures to provide operator cover to an absolute minimum.
 20. Takes responsibility for safe operation, fault finding and maintenance of all machinery, as well as own personal safety, and the safety of colleagues.
 21. Able to understand and deliver company and best practice quality standards.
 22. Has effective communication with all employee’s ensuring information is communicated effectively and concisely presenting recommendations, plans and decisions in a clear and logical manner. 
 23. Utilises the allotted time to carry out detailed handovers, ensuring all relevant information is requested and given.
 24. Any other reasonable requests made by the Maintenance Manager or Site Leadership Team.
Skills & Requirements:
 25. Multi-skilled with strong mechanical knowledge and competent electrical knowledge.
 26. Experience of fault finding within electrical systems with PLC appreciation.
 27. Experience of predictive / preventative maintenance techniques and routines.
 28. Demonstrated ability for problem solving. 
 29. A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
 30. Self-motivated with a desire for continual personal development. 
 31. Knowledge of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Systems and Procedures.
