Join a global insurance organisation as a Strategic Stress & Scenario Manager, where you’ll lead the development and delivery of a robust Stress & Scenario Testing (SST) Framework that strengthens resilience and informs critical risk-reward decisions.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and evolve the SST Framework across global segments and entities.
* Design and maintain a comprehensive inventory of systemic and targeted risk scenarios, including climate, geopolitical, cyber, and credit risks.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, product, and finance teams to ensure consistent scenario execution and insightful analysis.
* Deliver impactful reporting tailored to senior stakeholders, supporting capital and liquidity strategies.
* Monitor emerging risks and regulatory developments to continuously enhance the framework.
* Champion integration of stress testing across the organisation, aligning with strategic risk objectives.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership in enterprise risk management, stress testing, or scenario analysis within the insurance sector.
* Strong understanding of global insurance risk profiles and emerging risks.
* Expertise in scalable scenario frameworks and regulatory standards.
* Advanced Excel skills
