Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy digital and in-person training programs based on research and scoping.
* Design bespoke training solutions focusing on customer-centric approaches, linking impact measurement to business performance and customer experience data such as TNA’s, HCX, NCBS, etc.
* Implement and monitor Brand Immersion, Customer, and Aftersales Commercial training programs across the retailer network and internal teams, including the development of manager orientation programs.
* Lead online and face-to-face training sessions, including scripting and producing video assets from conception to launch.
* Identify training needs through data analysis and stakeholder feedback, including internal teams and affiliate partners.
* Maintain engagement with internal and external partners to ensure training needs are understood and addressed.
* Provide detailed, evidence-based reports linking training outcomes to business objectives and evaluating cost-effectiveness.
* Coordinate with internal teams to promote training activities and maximize engagement and compliance.
* Gather feedback from retailers and internal staff to optimize training platforms and content.
* Stay updated on current and emerging training technologies and methods, developing innovative solutions as needed.
* Manage and support product launch events and knowledge transfer activities, ensuring understanding and measurement of learning outcomes.
* Participate in relevant courses and meetings, and conduct retailer and partner visits to promote training standards.
* Support training administration and manage relationships with partner providers, including contracts and service agreements.
* Manage training budgets, including planning, reconciliation, and reporting.
* Design and implement management accreditation programs to support onboarding and continuous development.
* Align training activities with business metrics and performance improvement goals, incorporating best practices and targeted solutions.
* Identify and deploy specialist agency solutions for targeted training initiatives, such as sales and leadership programs.
* Develop management communications and conduct online health clinics to enhance engagement and operational effectiveness.
