Fund Management Analytics role – Pan European PERE firm

Pan European Private Equity Real Estate firm focused on the logistics sector with an outstanding track record. They are well capitalised with dry powder for investment with large institutions.
The senior analyst role is within the Fund Management team and requires an entrepreneurial, hard-working and growth mindset.
Essential for applicant to have exceptional excel modelling skills and experience managing large excel Data-sets / models
First class Mathematics degree
Role
Highly varied role working on portfolio fund management and Model workstreams including:
* Designing and implementing advanced excel fund models to forecast asset and fund level returns
* Preparation of annual business plans across multiple funds and 100+ investments
* Working with asset management teams to improve asset level decision making and scenario analysis
* Utilising data analysis to inform Investment team acquisitions and portfolio strategy
* Improving Finance team decision making on portfolio refinancing and debt covenant analysis using large excel fund models
* Monitoring asset performance vs. underwriting
* Producing and improving overall fund analysis and reporting tools
The Candidate:
* 2-4 years of experience with a strong focus on excel financial modelling
* Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel – high level, also powerpoint)
* Native European languages (preferred)
* Relevant experience within real estate private equity, including knowledge of financing, promote waterfalls (preferred)
* Hard-working with an ability to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment
* Full-time role available immediately based in London
Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum + bonus
