Our client is looking to recruit a Head of HR with a specific focus on Employee Relations (ER).
Key requirements:
1. CIPD qualified HR consultant with experience across in-house and consultancy roles;
2. Experience of leading a team of junior to mid-level HR/employment associates;
3. Strong track record of winning work and converting leads;
4. Alignment with client ethos and pursuit of excellence in service levels;
5. Experience using tech platforms to enhance client experience within the employment law sector;
6. Good commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and P&L;
7. Excellent presentation skills;
8. Self-starter seeking flexibility and a truly autonomous role.
The salary will be flexible for the ideal candidate.
The role is hybrid, but you must be based in the North-West of England.
