Payroll Administrator (Part-Time) – Walsall
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office in Walsall on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business, working approximately 20+ hours per week across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with varied start times.
Shifts
• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• 20+ hours per week
Rates of Pay
• £12.60 – £12.70 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
• Ensuring weekly payroll deadlines are met
• Handling and responding to payroll queries by tele and email
• Ensuring accurate payroll records are maintained in-house
• Creating weekly reports for the Payroll Supervisor using Excel
• Reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor
Essential Skills
• Previous experience working with payroll
• Good Excel skills
• Good communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well both as part of a team and on own initiative
Training Provided
• Full training provided with ongoing support throughout
