Spire Leicester Hospital is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our bank team to cover Twilight shifts (hours available between 6pm-1am).
This is a great opportunity to work flexibly while playing a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Your role:
1. Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all hospital areas, including clinical and non-clinical spaces
2. Complete daily and deep cleaning schedules in line with infection control standards
3. Prepare rooms to the correct layout, ensuring they are ready for use
4. Ensure all public areas and offices are consistently clean and presentable
5. Support the wider team with general housekeeping duties as required
Who we're looking for:
6. Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in a public or healthcare environment
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Good communication and a proactive approach
10. Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends
