This is a hybrid role which combines working from home with visits to our main office locations.
Our goal at CityFibre is to unlock the digital potential of Britain by creating a broadband network that works seamlessly for everyone, every day. We provide gigabit-speed connections that enable communities to thrive. We value our employees' voices, ideas, and impact.
We’re recognized as a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality, endorsed by WORK180, committed to the Armed Forces Covenant, and a Disability Confident Employer. We aim to foster diversity and inclusion across our organization.
What you can expect from us
We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, plus a car allowance, 25 days’ holiday, a birthday day off, a charity day, a performance bonus, and private healthcare.
How you’ll change it up
As a Commercial Manager in our Network Build division, you will lead our commercial and contracts team managing contractual changes and standardizing best practices. Your responsibilities include:
* Leading and implementing a gating and control system for contractual change
* Maintaining data accuracy and reporting for contractual changes
* Briefing Pre-Contracts on contractual changes for compliance
* Providing impact assessments on contractual changes
* Advising stakeholders on budgets, risks, and opportunities
* Acting as the interface for build-related contracting or commercial management initiatives
What you’ll bring to the role
You should have extensive experience in contract or commercial management, with skills in advising, executing contract changes, and drafting. Additionally, you will have:
* Experience managing stakeholders across functions
* Experience in dispute resolution and negotiation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets
* Familiarity with change management processes
We seek proactive individuals eager to make a difference. If this excites you, we want to hear from you. Let’s change it up.
Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
We value diverse perspectives and are committed to equal opportunities for all, regardless of background, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, or other characteristics. We support training and placement programs for career changers, service leavers, and returning workers.
