About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and resourceful Junior Producer to join our Brand Partnerships team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves the "how" behind great ideas—turning creative concepts into reality through meticulous planning, supplier coordination, and on‑set support.
You will work closely with our Project Managers to bridge the gap between a client’s vision and the final execution. From researching custom fabrication and sourcing unique merchandise to coordinating shoots and managing production budgets, you’ll be at the heart of our delivery team. You’ll need to master context‑switching, moving at pace to secure quotes and check feasibility for multiple projects across various cities and markets simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Feasibility
* Feasibility Checks: Support the creative team during the proposal stage by researching the practicalities of ideas—checking lead times, permit requirements, and technical constraints.
* Budgeting: Help build "hard cost" estimates for proposals under tight deadlines, ensuring our creative ideas align with realistic production spends.
* Vendor Management: Research and liaise with external suppliers, fabricators, and prop houses to source quotes and oversee production quality.
Project Support & Admin
* PM Partnership: Work side‑by‑side with Project Managers to ensure the logistical side of a campaign (production) aligns with the client side (timelines/comms).
* Production Paperwork: Build and distribute essential documents including run sheets and production schedules.
* Health & Safety: Assist in the creation of Risk Assessments (RAMS) for shoots and physical activations, ensuring all projects are delivered safely and legally.
* Finance & Contracting: Manage the onboarding of new suppliers, including drafting contracts and ensuring all invoices are processed and tracked against the budget.
Event and Content Coordination
* Logistics & Planning: Lead the end‑to‑end logistics for physical activations and shoots, including venue sourcing, booking suppliers (catering, staffing, transport), and building run sheets to ensure seamless execution.
* On‑Set Production: Provide "on‑the‑ground" support for events, acting as a production assistant to manage team movements, setup, and schedule tracking.
* Production Sourcing: Lead the research and procurement of all physical campaign elements, from bespoke merchandise to set dressing and styling.
* On‑Camera Potential: While not a core requirement, if you are comfortable being on‑camera and acting as one of the "faces" of secret London content when needed, bring a natural and enthusiastic energy to our social‑first videos.
Experience
* 0–2 years experience in production assistance, event coordination, or creative agency support.
* Experience or a strong interest in the "making" side of media: shoots, fabrication, or physical activations.
Skills
* The "Fixer" Mentality: A proactive problem‑solver who enjoys finding a way to make things happen.
* Highly Organised: Able to juggle multiple vendor quotes and logistics without losing track of the details.
* Financial Literacy: Comfortable working with spreadsheets, managing "hard costs," and handling invoicing.
* Resourcefulness: A knack for finding the right prop, the right vendor, or the right solution under pressure.
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Are
* A Master of Detail: You notice the small things before they become big problems—whether it’s a typo in a call sheet or a missing permit.
* Highly Proactive: You take full ownership of your tasks, chasing vendors and coordinating logistics without needing a nudge. You have the drive to get away from the desk, get on the phone, and get on‑site to ensure every production is executed to the highest standard.
* Unflappable: Production can be unpredictable. You stay calm and level‑headed when a plan needs to change at the last minute.
* A "People Person": You build rapport quickly, whether you’re negotiating with a vendor or making people feel comfortable on set.
* Curious & Creative: You are constantly looking for new suppliers and innovative ways to produce content and events more efficiently.
