We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager who can lead the sales function, drive commercial growth, and elevate the venue's profile across diverse markets.
The Sales Manager Package
* A basic salary of £39'500

The role
As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the venue's sales strategy - generating new business, nurturing key accounts, and working closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy to increase bookings across corporate, private, and public event sectors
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent revenue growth
* Lead on client pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations
* Oversee key accounts and provide exceptional client service
* Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to align on product offering and campaigns
* Report on KPIs and provide insights to senior management
* Represent the venue at industry networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in sales within the events, hospitality, or venue management sector
* Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Results-driven with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple client relationships
* Confident, personable, and passionate about events
* Comfortable working across diverse clients - from global brands to local community organisers
