A bit about the job:
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our CIO Group Functions team.
Reporting to the Director of CIO Group Functions, you’ll play a key role in delivering and embedding our strategy.
You’ll ensure the Director is fully prepared for Board, Executive, and Leadership meetings, with clear visibility of performance, change, risk, and regulatory responsibilities.
You’ll also help shape communications, drive cultural initiatives, and champion DEI across the function.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a regulated environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels
* Deep understanding of Operational Risk and Control Management (ORCM) frameworks
* Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail
* A trusted partner with a reputation for discretion and integrity

* Salary: National Up to £80,000; London Up to £100,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
