I’m working with a growing, business who are investing heavily in their data team and are now looking for an Azure Data Engineer to play a key role in shaping their data landscape.
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role where you’ll be responsible for building a cloud‑based data warehouse, integrating data from multiple systems, and enabling business‑wide reporting. With a major ERP implementation (Business Central) underway, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring data is structured, accessible, and fit for purpose across the organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys greenfield‑style engineering work, solving complex data challenges, and building scalable solutions from the ground up.

Experience needed
* Proven experience building and maintaining cloud‑based data warehouses
* Experience integrating data from multiple systems (ERP, transactional platforms, etc.)
* Exposure to Business Central or similar ERP systems would be highly beneficial
* Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and data quality
* Comfortable working in a hands‑on engineering role with limited stakeholder interaction
* Experience handling high‑volume transactional data
Day to day
* Designing and building a scalable Azure‑based data platform
* Developing and maintaining data pipelines for ingestion from various systems
* Supporting the implementation of Business Central, ensuring clean data flow across systems
* Creating a centralised data warehouse to power reporting and analytics tools
* Optimising and improving existing data infrastructure and processes
* Ensuring data is accurate, governed, and aligned to business needs
* Collaborating with technical teams to deliver robust data solutions
