Recruitment Resourcer - Derby

Pay Rate: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day‑to‑day recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, compliance management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and workers across the transport and industrial sectors. Working within a fast‑paced environment, you will help ensure the smooth running of recruitment activities while delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who is looking to build a long‑term career within recruitment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
• Managing recruitment databases and systems
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment laws and regulations

About You:

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
