Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging football activities in high-need areas as part of the Premier League Kicks programme.
2. Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate practical sessions at holiday soccer camps.
3. Conduct extra-curricular coaching sessions in schools, including breakfast clubs, lesson time, lunchtime, and after-school clubs.
4. Assist in school competitions and local tournaments.
5. Support senior coaches to ensure high-quality session delivery.
6. Engage effectively with young people, acting as a positive role model.
7. Identify suitable sites for Premier League Kicks delivery and create opportunities to inspire and empower young people.
8. Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and controlled environment.
9. Participate in CPD activities, including training courses, seminars, and meetings.
10. Carry out administrative duties such as maintaining attendance records, conducting risk assessments, and completing accident reports.
11. Set up and maintain all coaching equipment properly.
