Reporting into the Head of People Operations you will be responsible for delivering the end to end recruitment and on-boarding process across the business
To be successful in this role you will have experience and be confident in the following;
1. Creating, formatting and posting vacancy adverts across appropriate platforms, ensuring consistency with company branding.
2. Managing the full pre-employment process, including collecting references, right to work documents, DBS applications, qualification checks, and medical clearances.
3. Scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and panels, and managing all communications in a professional and timely manner.
4. Liaising with recruitment agencies as necessary and maintain relationships with external providers to support attraction strategies.
