Job Description
The key responsibilities for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:
3. Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
5. Prepare and process supplier payments within agreed terms.
6. Reconcile supplier statements and investigate outstanding items.
7. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
9. Previous Purchase Ledger experience
10. Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable processes function
11. Proficient experience using SAP software is essential
12. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
13. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
14. Strong organisational and time-management skills
15. High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
