We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the Midlands and London, delivering high-quality mechanical installations within commercial and industrial sectors.
The Role
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical contracts across multiple sites
* Oversee project delivery from planning through to handover
* Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
* Attend site meetings across the Midlands and London
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar role
* Strong background in mechanical building services
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel regularly across the Midlands and London
