* First point of contact for anyone reporting concerns about a child.
* Handle calls from both members of the public and professionals (e.g. Police Officers, Nurses, School Teachers).
* Gather detailed information using professional curiosity — never take information at face value.
* Record information within a structured framework on the system.
* Pass completed reports to Children's Social Care for further action.
* The quality of your evidence directly impacts decisions made for children's welfare
