Extended Schools Assistant

This role supports the Extended Schools Supervisor by providing supervision and a snack to children aged 7‑11 in the Perryfields Hub afterschool wraparound care.
Working hours: 12.75 hours per week (term‑time only) on Monday‑Thursday 3:15 pm‑6:00 pm and Friday 3:15 pm‑5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
* Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times.
* Set up activity options for children and engage them in play and conversation.
* Prepare snack and clear food afterwards.
Qualifications
* Food Hygiene certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated, with high expectations.
* Ability to engage pupils, parents and staff.
* Creative, open and flexible to new ideas.
